Son by choice

This is my son-in-law. He is as good to me as if he was my own son. He has been married to our daughter for 18 years and put up with a lot of her craziness but he still loves her. We love him as if he was our own. Oh yeah he is also the father to three of my grandchildren so that makes him pretty special.

Komodo Dragon

We took the seven oldest grandchildren to the Audubon Zoo in New Orleans for Easter 2003. They had so much fun playing on Monkey Hill, climbing the big tree and sitting on the Komodo Dragon statue. It was a great photo op and couldn't pass it up. Oh yeah they loved the animals too.

Star

These are pictures of Amanda when she was two years old. She was such a cutie. And loved to wear sunglasses. She really thought she was a star and to this grandma she is.

Drama Queen

I think everyone has a Drama Queen in their family and Katie is ours. This was taken at a little shop in Hot Springs AK and of course she had to try every hat and mask there on. But she loved it as usual. There are a tons of pictures of her in hats that I haven't even tried to scrap yet. Thank you for looking at my blog.

Family

Seven of my grandchildren sitting at the Mississippi rest stop at the state line. We were on our way back from a trip to Missouri for a family reunion. We were all wore out and tired as you can see from the picture, but we were almost home. Elements, paper from ABR_His and Hers kit and you can get them at ScrapGirls.

Katrina Christmas

This picture was taken the first Christmas after Katrina. We were living in RVs and there was no room for a Christmas tree. We had a compound between our two trailers so we set up a real Christmas tree in the compound. The kids thought it was really cool and they even got presents under it. The people on the Amtrak trains enjoyed the site too. This is Anna as always hamming it up for the camera.

Newborn

This picture was taken in 1996 when my first grandson was born. This is my youngest daughter and she had such a hard time having him. He was so big. We almost lost both of them during the labor and delivery. He is my oldest grandson and my Boo. I got all the elements, paper and such from ScrapGirls and they are from KSC_Vintage Nursery and Patternlogic kits.

Flutterbye

This is Anna on her trip to Hot Springs AK. Her other grandfather took her and Katie to a family reunion. Katie took this picture and she did a great job getting the action of Anna coming down the slide. She is going to be better than her grandmother at taking pictures. I love the look on Annas face and her dirty feet.

Blade Beckham

This is the cutest picture of my youngest grandson Blade. He is such a sweet little baby boy. And growing so fast. He will be two in October and it seems time is moving to fast. He is so smart and talks. And always tells me he loves me. When he sees me he yells My MawMaw.

Girls Rock

These are not very good pictures of my granddaughter Emily. But I don't get to see her as often as I use to so whenever she is around I try to take pictures of her. And I hate her dress but she loves it. She is my second oldest granddaughter. She is so pretty. And she loves her MawMaw very, very much.

Little Miss Attitude

This kid has a real sweet attitude most of the time but you have to remember she has two big older sisters and they teach her attitude. This is one of her favorite poses and only because of her sisters.

My Amanda. She was such a cutie here. I call her my dark grandchild cause she has been so sober most of her life, but she could and still can come up with a smile and a laugh when she is trying to win your heart. She is her PawPaws girl and of course will always be her MawMaws girl.

Abby 2003

This is AbbaGale. At the time of this photo she was the youngest grandchild. Since then I have had four more. She was the cutest little 2 yr. old around and loved having her picture taken. She was a sweetie and still is. A very loving child.
